Refund policy

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. We do not offer refunds if the item(s) arrive(s) without damage. However we’ll be more than happy to offer free replace or refund for any incorrect items received or items that are defective or damaged during transit.

 

To process a exchange/ refund

We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us at hello@elpisliving.co within three (3) days of delivery. You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same price

Please include your original order number in the email. Your subject line should read – ‘Incorrect/Damaged - exchange/ refund [your order number]’.
